Our client is one of the leading International producers of polymers and high-performance plastics in Indonesia and to strengthen the team, they are now seeking a suitable candidate for the position of:
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Key responsibilities:
* Order entry in SAP system, maintain and update orders in system Follow up orders and shipping dots, claim and complain of customers, customer’s rebate
* Follow up payment of customers, preparing forecast and data for monthly report
* Contact Management
* Offer Management
* Monitor and follow up the service performance
Qualifications:
* Female, maximum 35 years old
* S1 graduated from reputable university
* Computer literate, specially for MS Office (Familiar with SAPIR3 is advantage)
* Able to communicate in English both oral & written
* Good in document control & filling system
* Good communication skill, must be able to communicate effectively across function i.e with marketing operation and logistic Team player, well developed interpersonal skills
* Able to work under pressure, self motivated, accurate
* Creative thinker willing to challenge the status quo in search of team improvement
